Happy (1 day late) Chinese New Year everyone! 新年快乐! Wishing you all 恭喜发财 so you can have money to buy all the cosmetics you want! Today’s haul comes from Jolse, my favorite website to buy Korean cosmetics. I’ve tried many other websites, but found Jolse to be the overall best. They offer free worldwide shipping, and often have the best prices, but always check other websites to make sure! Jolse is also the king of samples and sales. They always have some kind of sale every day. Literally right now they have a flash sale that lasts until midnight. They also add in extra gifts if you spend certain amounts of money! I got a body scrubber(?), hair tie, sheet mask, MUJI socks, a nose strip, and blotting sheets as extra gifts. Jolse also bubble wraps your products nice and thick so they don’t get damaged on the way. Another plus about Jolse is that for every product you purchase, you get a small portion of that money back as store credit! Ahh Jolse is bae. ;^)

With all the hype around this product and the aesthetic packaging, of course, I wanted to give this a try. I finally got my chance during the New Year Sale, where the 500 ml bottle was on sale for $28 and the 340 ml for $21. Honestly this is such a good deal because most shops sell the 340 ml bottle for $30+. It is quite expensive for a cleansing water, but hey, you gotta treat yoself (*cough* trying to justify my endless spending *cough*). I’ll definitely review this once I’ve formulated a proper opinion on it.

Like the Beauty Water, this has been trending on the internet for quite some time, and I just finished up my Banila Co Clean it Zero Purity, so right on time for me to test this out. This is supposed to be better than the Banila Co Clean it Zero because some of the people at Heimish used 3to work at Banila Co, and improved the formula. To me, the Heimish All Clean Balm smells like citrus and tea tree. I’m not really sure yet about how I feel about this cleansing balm having only used it once, but one thing I did notice was that when the cleansing balm accidentally got into my eyes, it didn’t sting, unlike the Banila Co. Of course, YMMV always applies. For some people, the Banila Co doesn’t sting their eyes.

I was seriously debating whether I should get this one or the Aritaum one, but ended up impulsively choosing this one. I mainly wanted to try this out of curiosity. I’m a bit skeptical on how much this can actually help your lips since it seems like it’s pretty much a lip balm. But contrary to what I think, this has many great reviews and helped many people achieve super smooth lips. My lips aren’t horribly chapped, but not smooth enough to be considered “kissable” LOL, so we’ll see how it goes.

I finally got my hands on the oh so famous pimple pads. It’s probably the #1 most popular Asian beauty product this past year. But I don’t think I should’ve bought this, since COSRX now has the Moisture Up Pads which would be more appropriate for my dry, non acne prone skin. I still decided to give it a try since this has AHA and BHA exfoliants which help with cleaning pores and clearing blackheads. Hopefully it works just as well as their BHA Blackhead Power Liquid, which I’m almost finished with.

I don’t buy a lot of Innisfree products anymore, but I feel like I have some sort of nostalgic connection with the brand. And I love the music they play in the store (Innisfree Eco Healing Music: Good Morning Jeju), it makes me feel so calm and relaxed. Anyway, I don’t know why they called this shade Latte Coral, because it is not even CLOSE to being coral. It’s more of a muted pink/purple rose shade with neutral undertones. Despite the misleading name, I like this lipstick. It’s not too drying and applies smoothly on the lips. It’s not transfer proof, but the color lasts on the lips for a decent amount of time (around 4 hours). I forgot to take swatch pictures, but there are many if you search online.
